The Location Supervisor assists the Location Manager in overseeing daily operations, focusing on delivery and route management. Key priorities include building client relationships, recruiting contractors, and maintaining a safe warehouse environment.
Candidates should possess a bachelor's degree or equivalent experience along with a background in management or logistics. Strong leadership, communication, and computer skills, specifically with Microsoft Office and AS400, are required.
The Location Supervisor will be responsible for assisting the Location Manager to oversee the day to day operations at his/her location(s). The Location Supervisor will be required to fully understand all aspects of his/her location(s), build positive relationships with the client and increase the efficiencies and business within their delivery operations. Relationship building with client, recruiting, and gaining 100% of client business in each location are utmost priorities.
