The Cook is responsible for preparing food for events and maintaining kitchen inventory under the direction of the Executive Chef. Additionally, the role involves performing kitchen maintenance duties such as cleaning equipment and sanitizing workstations.
Candidates must have a high school diploma and 6 months to 1 year of food preparation experience in a fast-paced environment. A current Food Handler and Manager certification is required within 3 months of hire, and ServSafe certification must be maintained.
