The Team Member is responsible for delivering a legendary customer experience through greeting, uncovering needs, and recommending product solutions. Daily tasks include operating the cash register, managing freight, assembling merchandise, and maintaining store cleanliness and animal care.
No prior experience is required, though retail or agricultural knowledge is strongly preferred. Candidates must be able to perform physical tasks such as lifting up to 50 pounds and operating store equipment.

As a Team Member, it is essential that you be available, flexible, adaptable and service-oriented, as you must be able to fulfill all of the the following requirements:
Experience: No experience required. Retail experience and/or farming, ranching, pet/equine, or welding knowledge is strongly preferred.
Education: A high school diploma or equivalent is preferred, but not required. Regardless of education level, Team Members must be able to read, write and count accurately.
