The Server provides exceptional customer service by taking and delivering accurate food and drink orders. They are also responsible for maintaining the cleanliness of the dining area and processing customer payments.
Candidates need at least one year of experience in a fast-casual or full-service restaurant. ServSafe and CPR/AED certifications are required within the first 90 and 30 days of hire, respectively.
The Server provides exceptional customer to members. They serve and take and deliver accurate food and drink orders and remove dirty dishes in a timely manner. They display knowledge of the LifeCafe and/or Bistro by efficiently answering questions and by providing additional recommendations.
