Provides specialized behavior intervention services and parent education for children with autism spectrum disorders in natural settings. Collaborates with BCBAs to conduct assessments, develop treatment programs, and maintain accurate clinical documentation.
Requires a Bachelor's degree in a related field and enrollment in a Master's program for Applied Behavior Analysis. Candidates must have at least one year of experience working with children with autism or developmental disabilities.

OVERVIEW OF POSITION: Under direct supervision, provides specialized behavior intervention services, parent education, and program supervision according to the goals described in the Individualized Treatment Plan and monitors the development of children in the home, the community, and/or other natural settings. Associate Program Managers work closely with the Board-Certified Behavior Analyst (BCBA) and Behavior Interventionists to provide intervention, conduct assessments, write progress reports and develop programs for assigned cases.

Repetitive Motion/Activity: Frequent speaking, listening to clients, staff, and other professionals in meetings and on the telephone. Frequent bending, reaching, squatting, kneeling, and twisting in order to observe, assess and interact with participants.
Visual Acuity: Maintaining close visual attention to write reports and to work at a computer.
Travel: This position requires up to 50% local travel. Ability to travel locally; maintain driving record in compliance with Transportation Safety Standards; maintain auto insurance and vehicle registration.
Environmental Exposure: The working environment is generally favorable. Lighting and temperatures are adequate, and there are no hazardous or unpleasant conditions caused by noise, dust, etc.
