The Clinical Supervisor monitors the clinical quality of social skills groups and provides direct supervision to staff members. They are responsible for managing group capacity, creating treatment plans, and ensuring effective communication between families and community resources.
Candidates must hold a Master's degree in a related field and possess a BCBA, MFT, or psychologist license. At least 3 years of experience working with individuals with Autism Spectrum Disorders and 1-2 years of management experience are required.

Starting salary $78,000 annually.OVERVIEW OF POSITION: Under general supervision, monitors and analyzes the clinical quality of assigned social skills groups; maintains group capacity; provides caregiver training; and provides supervision of direct reports. Functions as a liaison between organization, families, community, and health care providers to ensure a clear work flow of referral, screening, intervention, and transition of all participants receiving social skills services. Monitors the productivity of direct reports and maintains productivity standards as set forth by the agency.
