Acts as the primary gatekeeper for Practice Management and EHR platforms to ensure clinical documentation is accurate and compliant. Manages session notes, participant profiles, and audits the unsigned notes queue to prevent billing delays.
Requires 1-2 years of experience in a clinical setting and working directly with EHR systems. A bachelor's degree in Health Informatics, IT, or a health-related field is preferred.

Starting pay $25-30 per hour.Serves as the primary gatekeeper for the organization’s Practice Management (PM) and Electronic Health Record (EHR) platforms. This role ensures that clinical documentation is accurate, accessible, and compliant with internal and external auditing standards.
