Essential Job Responsibilities
Serves as the principal liaison betweentheemployees andtheClient
Supervisesand delegates to theteam to ensure productivity goals are met andteam provides excellent client service
Continuously looks for opportunities to increase the efficiency of operation
Seeks opportunities to increaseservicesand makes recommendations to the key contact
Demonstratesproficiencyin explaining all products, services, turnaround times, delivery schedules and guarantees to the client
Recruits and interviews potentialcandidates foravailable positionsat the site
Hires, trains,supervises,evaluatesand developsall personnel assigned to the site
Schedules personnel to ensure compliance with performance standards andmakessure contracted hours of operation are covered without incurring overtime
Assists Manager with tracking productivity andcollects all information necessary to provideleadership andthe client with monthly reports
Required Qualifications
High School Diploma; Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Facilities Management, Hospitality Management, or related field, or equivalent experience.
5+ years of experience managing office services, facilities, workplace operations, or related functions.
3+ years of supervisory or management experience.
Experience managing vendors, contracts, and budgets.
Strong customer service orientation and problem-solving skills.
Proficiency with Microsoft Office Suite.
Knowledge, Skills, and Abilities
Strong leadership and team management skills.
Excellent verbal and written communication abilities.
Ability to manage multiple priorities in a fast-paced environment.
Strong organizational and project management skills.
Financial acumen and budget management experience.
Ability to build strong relationships with attorneys, staff, vendors, and clients.
High attention to detail and commitment to service excellence.
Physical Requirements
Ability to lift or move 40 lbs. or greater
Ability to grasp, lift or carry packages on a standard wheeled cart with a load capacity of 75 lbs.
Ability to walk, bend, kneel, stand or sit for an extended period of time
The Compensation range for this role is 28.00 to 34.00 USD per hour and may be eligible for an annual bonus. Actual compensation within that range will be dependent upon the individual's location, skills, experience and qualifications.
