Design, develop, and deliver comprehensive end-user and super-user training for SAP Sales Management processes, specifically focusing on SAP C4C and CPQ. Partner with business process owners and change management teams to create learning materials and measure user adoption during the enterprise transformation.
Requires a Bachelor's degree and over 5 years of SAP training experience, including at least one full SAP S/4HANA implementation. Candidates should possess strong facilitation skills and proficiency in digital adoption platforms and SAP functional modules.
We are seeking an experienced Trainer who will be responsible for designing, developing, and delivering comprehensive end-user and super-user training in support of the end-to-end Sales Management Processes. Initially the focus will be on delivering SAP C4C and SAP CPQ as part of an enterprise wide transformation program. Over time however the scope of training will increase to include all facets required to perform Sales Management activity at Sciens. This role partners with business process owners, functional consultants, change management teams, and project leadership to ensure employees are prepared to effectively use Sales enabling solutions.
The trainer develops engaging learning materials, facilitates instructor-led and virtual training, creates e-learning content, and measures user adoption to support a successful SAP enabled transformation.
Education: Bachelor’s degree in Business, Information Systems, Education, or related field.
Travel nationally up to 20% to support business objectives, team engagement, and operational alignment.
