The HRBP provides full HR lifecycle support for non-union managers and employees at the High Point facility. Key duties include managing employee relations, talent acquisition, and aligning HR initiatives with business objectives to improve organizational effectiveness.
Candidates must have a Bachelor's degree in Human Resources Management or a related field and at least 2 years of HR experience. Experience supporting manufacturing or operations environments is preferred.
The Company is currently seeking a Human Resources Business Partner (HRBP) to join our team at our High Point Facility in High Point, NC.
As a HRBP this individual is responsible for a broad range of activities to support the wider organization. This is a fast-paced environment with multiple priorities, which requires an individual who can maintain a high level of professionalism and confidentiality while meeting the needs of employees and managers. As a HRBP, this individual will work with the Human Resources Senior Director to provide full HR lifecycle support to non-union managers and employees.
This role partners closely with leaders to support workforce planning, employee relations, talent management, employee engagement, performance management, and organizational effectiveness while ensuring compliance with employment laws and company policies.
