The pharmacist is responsible for providing comprehensive pharmaceutical care to intravenous homecare patients. This includes managing parenteral admixtures and overseeing patient clinical care plans.
Candidates must hold a Bachelor's degree in Pharmacy and possess a valid North Carolina Pharmacist license. A minimum of two years of experience in intravenous therapy within a hospital or home infusion setting is required.
