Sun Life is growing its Group Retirement Services team and is looking for talented, licensed Retirement Consultants to join us in British Columbia or Alberta.
In this sales-focused role, you'll connect with existing members of Sun Life Group Retirement Savings plans across Canada, helping them make informed decisions about their financial future. Build meaningful relationships with Group Retirement Savings plan members through proactive outreach
Guide clients through retirement planning conversations, helping them understand their options and feel confident in their decisions
Provide personalized financial advice aligned to each client’s goals, life stage, and needs
Translate complex financial concepts into simple, relatable guidance
Stay curious and continuously learn, keeping up to date on products, tools, and industry trends
Contribute to a supportive, high-performing team where success is shared and celebrated
