We’re looking for a full-time Registered Dental Assistant (RDA) who is excited to learn and grow in orthodontics.
This is the perfect opportunity for an RDA who wants to gain hands-on experience in an orthodontic office. You'll begin in our Records Technician role, where you'll learn our systems and patient flow while performing digital scans, X-rays, photographs, and patient records. From there, we will provide comprehensive on-the-job training to help you perform and deliver the full scope of orthodontic dental assisting procedures.
What You'll Do
As a Records Technician, you'll:
Take digital scans, orthodontic records, photographs, and X-rays.
Perform sterilization and instrument reprocessing procedures
Prepare treatment rooms and instruments.
Welcome and support patients throughout their appointments.
Assist with maintaining an efficient patient flow.
As you progress, we'll train you to:
Assist the orthodontist during patient appointments and procedures.
Perform the full scope of orthodontic dental assisting procedures.
Educate patients on orthodontic appliances and oral hygiene.
Work collaboratively with our orthodontic team to provide an exceptional patient experience.
What We're Looking For
Registered Dental Assistant (RDA) in good standing with or without ortho module certification
A positive attitude and a willingness to learn.
Reliable, professional, and team-oriented.
Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
