The Client Services Technologist serves as the primary link between facility maintenance services and operational client groups to coordinate maintenance programs and projects. Responsibilities include evaluating demand work, monitoring preventative maintenance schedules, and generating financial and performance reports to optimize service delivery.
Candidates must hold a two-year diploma in Construction or Architectural Engineering Technology and possess at least five years of related experience in facility maintenance or technical project coordination. Eligibility for registration as a Certified Engineering Technologist (C.E.T.) and a valid Class 5 Driver's License are required.

Reporting to the Supervisor of Client Services, this role collaborates with maintenance planners and facility user groups to set priorities, align schedules, and meet service standards. Responsibilities include evaluating demand work, monitoring preventative maintenance, providing cost and KPI reports, and addressing operational inquiries to optimize service delivery and budgets. Working independently with minimal supervision, you will balance safety, costs, timelines, and stakeholder needs.
