As a Strategic Planning Analyst II, you will play a crucial role within the Social Development Branch of the Community Services Department.
The Strategic Planning Analyst (SPA) supports the Safe and Healthy Communities Section to lead, develop, and ensure coordinated and integrated efforts that are aligned to City strategies, priorities and initiatives. This role focuses on leading Section strategic and business planning, issues management, and ensuring high-quality documentation, integration and communication across the section and branch. The SPA collaborates across teams to share information, coordinate activities, and ensure strategic alignment. Additionally, the SPA develops and implements systems and processes to streamline operations and support data-driven decision-making. This position reports directly to the Director of the Safe and Healthy Communities Section, and is a part of the Social Development Integration Coordination team. .
