The Chef de Cuisine supervises the preparation of high-quality seasonal meals for residents and guests while maintaining strict sanitation standards. They are responsible for mentoring culinary associates and collaborating with the Culinary Services Director to create exciting menus.
Candidates must have a culinary certification and at least five years of professional experience in kitchen management and quantity food production. A current Food Handler's Certificate is required for this role.

Shift: Full-time; Exempt | Varied schedule
Salary: $80,000-$85,000 (depending on experience)
