The Project Manager provides strategic guidance to ensure compliant and efficient handling of waste streams while managing customer relationships and operational performance. They are responsible for identifying cost-reduction opportunities, conducting compliance surveys, and implementing new service offerings for healthcare facilities.
Candidates must have at least 3 years of experience in the healthcare industry or equivalent project/customer management experience. Proficiency in Microsoft Office products and knowledge of regulatory standards such as EPA, DOT, or OSHA is required.
Job Summary
The Project Manager is responsible for providing strategic guidance towards the compliant, safe and efficient handling and processing of all Waste Streams contracted by the facility(s). Ensures the services provided to the facility(s) by Stericycle consistently meet service expectations, regulatory and safety compliance measures, and are provided in a productive and profitable manner.
This position will have local travel, mostly day trip with the occasional over-night.

Pay: The expected base pay range for this position across the U.S.is $74,580 - $83,250. This range represents a good faith estimate for this position. The specific salary offered to a successful candidate may be influenced by a variety of factors including the candidate’s relevant experience, education, training, certifications, qualifications, and work location.
