Oversee the full lifecycle of high voltage substation projects from planning and design through construction and closeout. Manage and mentor a team of engineers and designers while ensuring projects remain on budget, on schedule, and compliant with industry standards.
Requires a Bachelor's degree in electrical, mechanical, or civil engineering from an ABET-accredited program and a valid P.E. license. Candidates must have at least 10 years of experience in the electric utility industry focusing on detailed engineering for high voltage substation projects.

The Engineering Manager - Substation will provide engineering expertise and technical support throughout the project lifecycle and support field operations, customer account management, procurement, and key stakeholder groups within Quanta. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in engineering, with extensive experience in high voltage substation projects. This position will report to the Engineering Director and be the manager of the substation design teams supporting substation projects across the QISG platform.
