The Director of Operations oversees daily organizational activities and collaborates with executive management to develop strategic goals and policies. They are responsible for leading project teams, managing department managers, and ensuring operational objectives are met across various service territories.
Candidates must have a bachelor's degree in Business, Construction Science, or Engineering, or equivalent experience. A minimum of 10 years of operational management experience in the power delivery industry is required.

The Director, Operations at Quanta Infrastructure Solutions Group (QISG) is responsible for overseeing the day-to-day operations of the organization and liaising with executive management to make decisions for operational activities. This position is also responsible for helping to update and develop policy and set strategic goals.
