The Estimator is responsible for planning and coordinating comprehensive project cost estimates, including determining labor needs and calculating job profitability. They will manage bids, maintain cost databases, and collaborate with cross-functional teams to identify process improvements.
Requires a Bachelor's degree in Business, Engineering, Construction Management, or a related field, or equivalent experience. Candidates must have 5+ years of project controls experience with multi-year design and construction projects.

The QISG team brings together Engineering, Safety, Quality, Material Procurement, QA/QC, Right-of-Way Acquisition, Scheduling, Environmental Planning, Permitting, Title and Land Management expertise that ensure outstanding results for our clients.
The Estimator is responsible for the overall planning and coordinating efforts to produce comprehensive project cost estimates. The Project Estimator will determine contractor and labor needs, calculate job profitability, prepare and submit bids, and maintain cost databases. This onsite position will be in Overland Park, KS or Houston, TX.
