Full job description
We are recruiting for a mission-driven Philanthropy Advisor II to join our team!
We're with you for life’s journey. At Denver Health, purpose isn’t just something we believe in—it’s something we live every day, for life’s journey.
Join a mission-driven team where your creativity, relationship-building skills, and strategic mindset can make a tangible difference in the lives of patients and the broader community. As an Advisor II, Philanthropy in Annual Giving at Denver Health Foundation, you will co-lead innovative annual giving efforts that connect donors to meaningful opportunities across the organization—from grateful patients and employee giving, to alumni and leadership engagement and community fundraising. By designing and executing dynamic monthly campaigns, you will inspire individuals to give, deepen engagement, and fuel essential programs that advance equitable, high-quality care.
In this role, you’ll manage a diverse portfolio of donors and prospects in the $1,000 to $25,000 annual giving level while collaborating across teams to drive and strengthen the pipelines for other individual (major and planned) giving portfolios; and build community engagement opportunities through peer-to-peer type fundraising opportunities. This role requires a blend of data-driven strategy with thoughtful stewardship, using modern fundraising techniques to build trusted relationships and deliver measurable results. If you’re energized by the opportunity to drive impact at scale, influence philanthropic growth, and contribute to a high-performing and collaborative team, this is your chance to grow your career while helping shape the future of healthcare in Denver.
