The Role
We are currently searching for reliable and dedicated Warehouse Workers/Driver Helpers for vacancies at our Calgary Distribution Centre. This role offers a unique opportunity to combine both warehouse and driving duties, gaining practical experience supporting delivery operations. These vacancies are unionized, full-time opportunities with up to 40 hours a week (overtime may occur). You’ll be part of a team that values accuracy, safety, and a little fun along the way.
Location
On-site at the Calgary Distribution Centre
What You'll Be Doing
Prepare orders by picking, packing, wrapping and labelling product, sorting empties of cans/bottles and crushing cans
Maintain service quality by following organizations standards
Ensure that customer service targets and goals are successfully met
Assisting truck drivers on their delivery routes
Ensure the company’s Health and Safety and Operational efficiencies are met
Exemplify the Company’s dedication to customer service
Perform other related duties and projects as assigned
Who You Are - Your Knowledge, Skills & Experience
Education
Completion of High School and/or GED equivalent preferred
Must have a valid Class 1 drivers license in good standing and clear abstract
Experience
Must be 18 years of age or older
Previous experience in an operations/warehouse environment considered an asset, but not required
Skills
Must be able to continuously lift 40 pounds or more and walk or stand for majority of shift
Demonstrated reliability and dependability
The availability to work varied shifts, including evenings and weekends, is necessary to succeed in this role
Above average communication and interpersonal skills

Compensation
Starting wage is $22.79/hour with shift premiums and wage increases as per the collective agreement.
