The Parts Advisor is responsible for providing parts solutions to retail and wholesale customers while maintaining inventory accuracy and shop workflow. They must also handle price quotes, process orders, and ensure high levels of hospitality for all guests.
Candidates should have approximately 2 years of dealership parts counter experience and proficiency in automotive inventory systems. Strong organizational, multitasking, and customer service skills are essential for success in this role.
As a key member of the Lexus of Calgary team and reporting to the Parts Manager, the Parts Advisor will work with the parts department, representing a world-class leader in the automotive industry.
Lexus of Calgary is seeking our next great team member to join our team as a full-time Parts Advisor at our location in Calgary.
The Parts Advisor efficiently provide parts solutions for front and back counter sales, supplying the required parts and accessories to retail and wholesale customers, receiving and storing parts, and tending to the guest with the highest level of hospitality. You should be highly organized with customer service and prioritization skills to meet the needs of guests and technician demands while maintaining an efficient and productive workflow.
Hours of work are Monday to Friday, 8 hours per day, with occasional Saturdays as required. Shift times may vary.
