ROLE: ACCOUNT FIELD COORDINATOR TEAM: ACCOUNTS LOCATION: CALGARY, ALBERTA ROLE: CONTRACT - END OF DECEMBER
COMPANY OVERVIEW Salt is a North American marketing agency that creates connected experiences through creative, digital & media innovation.
Our mission is to “Earn The World’s Attention” and Salt is built to find, develop, execute, and amplify the ideas that are worthy of our clients’ audiences. We’ve structured our agency to do what’s right for our clients – to connect different perspectives, to work across mediums, and to focus on delivering meaningful, effective results.
We’re committed to living up to the values in our name. “Salt of The Earth” means we value collaborative, humble, hard-working people here. We’re looking for people who are as smart as they are kind because we believe the right talent and the right culture help us do what’s right for our clients.
ROLE OVERVIEW
We're looking for an In-Field Coordinator to be on the ground at experiential events across the province . You'll work directly alongside our team of brand ambassadors, owning the operational details that make events run smoothly—from setup through execution to tear-down. This is a hands-on role for someone who thrives in motion and brings energy to every activation.
CORE RESPONSIBILITIES
Lead on-site setup and tear-down of event activations, ensuring everything is built to spec and on schedule
Support and coordinate a team of brand ambassadors throughout each event, keeping execution sharp and consistent
Serve as the point of contact in-field, troubleshooting issues in real time and keeping activations on track
Manage event materials, inventory, and equipment across multiple locations
Ensure brand standards and execution quality are upheld at every touchpoint
Capture and report on event performance, flagging wins and issues back to the broader team
Build positive energy on-site that elevates both the consumer and team experience
EXPERIENCE & SKILLS
High energy and a genuine love for interacting with people
A self-starter who thrives in a fast-paced, ever-changing environment
Strong team player who builds rapport quickly and works well alongside others
Excellent organizational and time-management skills, with attention to detail under pressure
Comfort with physical work (lifting, standing, setup/tear-down) for sustained periods
Flexibility to work evenings, weekends, and travel across the province as events require
Valid driver's license and reliable transportation (asset)
Previous experience in experiential marketing, events, or field activation (asset)
