The coordinator is responsible for planning and executing high-quality events and community outreach initiatives to strengthen the firm's brand and visibility. This includes managing all logistics, vendor relations, and collaborating with the marketing team to ensure professional event delivery.
Candidates should ideally hold a bachelor's degree in Marketing, Communications, or a related field with at least 2 years of experience in event coordination or hospitality. Strong organizational skills and the ability to work occasional evenings or weekends are required.
The Events & Community Coordinator is responsible for planning, organizing, and executing high-quality events that strengthen Zinda Law Group's brand, deepen relationships with clients and referral partners, and increase the firm's visibility within the communities it serves.
This role oversees the logistics and execution of attorney events, client appreciation events, networking events, sponsorship activations, community outreach initiatives, conferences, and promotional activities. Working closely with the Referral Marketing Manager and Marketing team, the Events & Community Coordinator ensures every event is professionally executed, on brand, on budget, and delivers a first-class experience for attendees.
We believe the collaborative nature of this role is best supported through regular in-person engagement. This position is primarily in-office with some hybrid flexibility and requires attendance at events, team meetings, and other onsite activities. As a result, candidates should be based in or near Austin, TX, or be willing to relocate to the area.
