The examiner will conduct comprehensive title searches, identify and resolve title defects, and ensure property titles are clear for utility or construction projects. They will also serve as a subject matter expert in sovereignty title and provide support to the Energy team regarding underwriting and curative matters.
Candidates must have at least 5 years of experience as a Landman or Energy Title Examiner and at least 3 years of experience as a Commercial Title Examiner. A Bachelor’s degree from an accredited institution is required, along with proficiency in industry-recognized title platforms.

We're currently seeking a Commercial Title Examiner to join our Operations team.
A Commercial/ Energy Title Examiner. Energy Project Team (Remote, Contractor position) in the US. This person will be responsible for conducting comprehensive title searches, identifying, and resolving defects, and ensuring that property titles are clear and free from encumbrances for utility or construction projects. Searching back to Patent or as far as the Integrity Title Plant goes.
