Job Description: As the Sales Manager at Elm Chevrolet, you will oversee the daily operations of the sales department, ensure team performance, and maintain customer satisfaction. This role requires a motivated individual with strong organizational skills and a passion for sales.
Lead and supervise the sales team to meet dealership goals.
Assist in training and developing sales staff.
Monitor sales performance and provide feedback to team members.
Work with customers to ensure a positive purchasing experience.
Maintain proper inventory levels and vehicle presentation.
Ensure compliance with dealership policies and procedures.
Previous experience in the Automotive Industry, preferably as a Sales Manager!
Strong leadership and communication skills.
Excellent customer service skills.
Basic knowledge of CRM systems and dealership software.
High school diploma or equivalent; additional education is a plus.
