The AR/AP Specialist manages daily accounts receivable and payable functions, with a primary focus on collections and aging reports. Responsibilities include processing vendor invoices, reconciling accounts, and coordinating with departments to resolve billing disputes.
Candidates must have at least two years of experience in accounts receivable, accounts payable, or collections, along with proficiency in ERP systems and Excel. A high school diploma or equivalent is required, while an associate degree in accounting, finance, or business is preferred.
