The Maintenance Mechanic is responsible for repairing, installing, and testing electrical circuits and appliances within a continuing care community. Duties include isolating electrical defects and performing general facility installations such as kitchen cabinets and water heaters.
Candidates should be a trade or vocational school graduate with a valid driver's license. A four-year apprenticeship and two years of commercial experience are preferred.

Repairs, installs, replaces, and tests electrical circuits, equipment, and appliances using hand tools and testing instruments to supply electrical power for lighting and equipment operations in a continuing care community. Work will involve alterations and construction.
