The Foreman is responsible for overseeing crew safety, productivity, and work quality while collaborating with project managers on scheduling and execution. They systematically direct field activities and maintain positive relationships with trades, vendors, and customers to ensure project efficiency.
Candidates must have at least 5 years of experience in a supervisory role and proficiency in reading cold formed metal framing shop drawings. The role requires the ability to manage a crew of 20+ craftsmen and perform physical tasks including lifting 40 pounds.
