The Senior Estimator is responsible for performing quantitative takeoffs, establishing labor productivities, and managing competitive pricing for construction projects. They will also oversee contract administration, participate in bid reviews, and facilitate the hand-off of secured projects to the operations team.
Candidates must have at least 10 years of total construction industry experience, including 5-7 years specifically in estimating. Proficiency in estimating software such as On-Screen Takeoff and Quick Bid, along with strong analytical and communication skills, is required.
PCI is seeking an experienced Senior Estimator for its PCI Atlanta 101 operations based in Smyrna, GA. This individual will be responsible for the following duties:
