The Estimator is responsible for performing quantitative takeoffs, establishing labor productivities, and managing material pricing for construction projects. They will also facilitate internal bid reviews, maintain customer relationships, and handle contract administration for secured projects.
Candidates must have at least 2 years of experience in construction estimating and proficiency with takeoff software like On-Screen Takeoff or Quick Bid. Strong communication skills, attention to detail, and the ability to interpret complex construction drawings and specifications are required.
Job Description
Performance Contracting is seeking an experienced Estimator for its Philadelphia, PA #596 operations based in Exton, PA . This individual will be responsible for estimating PCI scopes of work.
Job responsibilities include:
Salary range: $110,000 - $120,000 annual salary plus non-guaranteed annualized bonus program.
This position is safety-sensitive.
