The Maintenance Mechanic is responsible for repairing, installing, and testing electrical circuits and appliances within a continuing care community. Duties include isolating electrical defects and performing general facility installations such as kitchen cabinets and water heaters.
Candidates should be a trade or vocational school graduate with a valid driver's license. A four-year apprenticeship and two years of commercial experience are preferred.
