The technician is responsible for performing unsupervised repairs and preventative maintenance on commercial refrigeration and HVAC systems. They will also coordinate with external contractors and maintain accurate records of equipment and refrigerant inventories.
Candidates must have 10 or more years of related experience and hold an EPA Universal Certification. Proficiency in mechanical systems, building management controls, and relevant trade skills like welding and plumbing is required.
