The Service Manager leads the service team and oversees daily operations to ensure efficiency, quality, and safety in the shop. They are responsible for managing departmental KPIs, maintaining customer relationships, and collaborating cross-functionally to drive regional growth.
Candidates need 3+ years of service management experience in automotive, heavy, industrial, or agricultural equipment and strong technical knowledge of hydro-electrical systems. A technical college certificate/degree and a valid CDL A or B license are required or must be obtainable.
