The Sr. Manager, Treasury will lead key treasury functions including daily cash operations, debt compliance, and asset-backed lending facilities. They will also supervise the treasury team and partner with cross-functional departments to optimize liquidity and cash flow processes.
Candidates must hold a Bachelor's degree in Finance or Accounting, with an MBA, CPA, or CFA preferred. A minimum of 7 years of treasury experience is required, including at least 3 years in a managerial role and proficiency with Kyriba and Oracle systems.
Orion Steel is seeking a highly skilled and experienced Sr. Manager, Treasury to lead and support key treasury functions within our steel manufacturing operations. This strategic role will be responsible for managing daily cash operations, maintaining Treasury Management System, debt compliance and optimization, asset-backed lending facilities, and letters of credit issuance. The ideal candidate will bring deep financial acumen, operational efficiency, knowledge of Kyriba Treasury Management System and strong leadership capabilities, working closely with the VP of Treasury and cross-functional teams across the organization. HQ Treasury provides treasury services to business divisions of the group, maintain and develop cash management units, supervises their respective capital structures, leads capital raise and capital allocation projects. The role of Sr. Treasury Manager is to provide critical support to VP Treasury in key workflows, participate in key projects and supervise activities of Sr. Treasury Analyst and Treasury Analyst of the team.
