The Maintenance Supervisor oversees daily maintenance operations and leads a team of technicians at the Materials Recovery Facility. They are responsible for managing preventive maintenance programs, troubleshooting industrial equipment, and ensuring plant uptime and safety compliance.
Candidates must have at least 5 years of industrial maintenance experience and 2 years of supervisory experience. Strong mechanical troubleshooting skills and knowledge of OSHA safety standards are required for this role.
