Blue Valley Heating & Cooling is hiring an experienced HVAC Service Technician to join our growing team serving the Englewood and Longmont, CO areas. For more than 30 years, we've proudly served the Denver and Boulder communities by delivering exceptional HVAC service, quality workmanship, and solutions homeowners can trust.
Our technicians are the foundation of our success. We provide the tools, training, and support you need to succeed while giving you the opportunity to maximize your earning potential.
The pay for this position is uncapped and technicians could earn $100,000-$150,000/year. Other incentive pay may be provided as part of the compensation package, in addition to a full range of medical, financial, and/or other benefits, depending on the position offered.
