The Donation Services Associate serves as the primary point of contact for customers dropping off items, ensuring a friendly and efficient donation process. This position greets our customers and accepts their donations in an efficient and courteous manner. This position works outside in all weather conditions. Excellent customer service skills are a must!
Donation hours at our Stores are Monday through Saturday 8 to 8:30 and Sunday 9 to 7. Donation hours at our Donation Centers are 9 am to 5 pm daily.
JOB SUMMARY:
The Associate I, Donation Services is typically the first point of contact for customers that are dropping off items at retail centers and/or stand-alone donation centers (ADC). The Donation Services Associates will provide excellent and friendly customer service by greeting customers’ timely and helping as needed that may include lifting or unloading donations from a customer’s vehicle or other area. Associates are expected to handle goods with care, showing respect for items donated.
