The Textiles Associate is responsible for sorting, inspecting, pricing, and tagging donated clothing to prepare it for the sales floor. They must maintain production quotas while ensuring a clean, organized, and safe work environment.

We are looking for an optimistic, fast paced candidate with drive to meet daily goals and be part of a strong team! This position processes donated clothing into inventory to be sold on the sales floor. Knowledge of clothing brands and quality is a plus! This position has minimum production quotas each day.
Our Retail Centers are open 9:00 a.m. to 9:00 p.m. Mondays through Saturdays and 9:00 a.m. to 8:00 p.m. Sundays.

JOB SUMMARY:
The Associate I, Textiles Production will primarily work in a production environment sorting, hanging, pricing, and tagging donated textiles while following company quality standards and guidelines to determine which items will be placed on the sales floor to be sold. The Associate may occasionally be in contact with customers and expected to be responsive in communication and provide excellent customer service.
