Position Summary
As a Manufacturing Team (MFT) Member, you will safely fabricate raw materials into finished products that meet PhoxONE's quality and manufacturing standards. Working as part of a collaborative team, you'll follow standardized work processes, identify opportunities for improvement, and help ensure every product meets our commitment to quality, safety, and customer satisfaction.

What You'll Do
  • Safely perform manufacturing work according to established work standards.
  • Fabricate raw materials into finished products while maintaining quality expectations.
  • Record production data using pitch charts and other production tracking tools.
  • Identify issues and communicate problems by utilizing the Andon process.
  • Participate in daily Tier 1 meetings and quality circle discussions.
  • Follow all company safety procedures, attendance expectations, and workplace policies.
  • Maintain an organized, clean, and efficient work area following Lean manufacturing and 5S principles.
  • Work collaboratively with teammates to achieve production goals while continuously improving processes.

Required Skills
  • Ability to communicate professionally with coworkers and leadership.
  • Ability to read and interpret manufacturing drawings.
  • Experience safely using basic hand tools.
  • Strong attention to detail and commitment to quality.
Preferred Knowledge
  • Lean Manufacturing and 5S principles.
  • Manufacturing safety best practices.
  • Proper use of manufacturing tools and equipment.
  • Microsoft Teams or similar communication platforms.

Training & Development
Successful candidates will complete:
  • PhoxONE New Hire Orientation
  • Job Instruction Training (J.I.T.) following the first week of employment

  • Wear required personal protective equipment (PPE).
Work Environment
This is an onsite manufacturing position requiring daily work on the production floor. Team members work in a fast-paced manufacturing environment while adhering to all safety, quality, and production standards.

No travel is required for this position.
