The Vice President, Product Growth is responsible for defining and leading the strategy for product growth across a portfolio of products and market-facing offerings. This role maximizes return on investment (ROI) by identifying, scaling, and support commercializing high-value opportunities, translating internal enterprise capabilities into differentiated, market-relevant solutions that drive adoption, measurable social impact, and revenue. The VP, Product Growth ensures strong alignment between enterprise priorities, evolving market dynamics, and product performance.
Responsibilities:
Defines and leads the enterprise-wide product growth strategy, setting clear priorities across a portfolio of programs and products to ensure alignment with enterprise goals, long-term growth ambitions, and financial targets.
Establishes a disciplined investment strategy that balances expansion into new markets with the optimization and scaling of existing offerings, ensuring long-term value creation and efficient capital allocation.
Designs and implements the product growth operating model, including governance structures, planning processes, prioritization frameworks, and performance management disciplines that enable consistency and scalability.
Influences executive decision-making on portfolio prioritization, growth strategy, and investment tradeoffs.
Removes organizational barriers and accelerates execution by aligning stakeholders, clarifying priorities, and ensuring timely, well-informed decision-making across complex initiatives.
Oversees and governs the full product growth lifecycle, from opportunity identification and concept development through launch, scaling, optimization, and eventual sunset, ensuring disciplined execution throughout.
Qualifications:
Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Marketing, Economics, Finance, or a related field; MBA or advanced degree preferred.
10+ years of progressive leadership experience in product management, growth strategy, business development, portfolio management, or related disciplines, including executive-level responsibilities.
Proven experience defining and executing enterprise-wide growth strategies that drive product adoption, revenue growth, market expansion, and measurable business outcomes.
Demonstrated success managing investment portfolios, strategic prioritization, and capital allocation decisions, balancing innovation, growth opportunities, and operational performance.
Strong expertise in market analysis, commercialization strategies, product lifecycle management, and identifying scalable growth opportunities across diverse products and services.
Experience designing and leading operating models, governance frameworks, planning processes, and performance management disciplines that support organizational scalability and execution excellence.
Proven ability to influence executive stakeholders and cross-functional leaders, driving alignment on strategic priorities, investment tradeoffs, and growth initiatives across complex organizations.
Exceptional leadership, strategic thinking, financial acumen, and communication skills, with a track record of driving organizational change, accelerating execution, and delivering long-term enterprise value.
