The Senior Database Engineer will lead requirements gathering sessions and translate business needs into clear analytical requirements and user stories. They will also design and optimize database structures, build interactive dashboards, and perform diagnostic data analysis to support organizational decision-making.
Candidates must possess a bachelor's degree in a quantitative field and at least 6 years of experience in business or data analysis. Proficiency in SQL and data visualization tools like Power BI is required, along with the ability to obtain a US Government Secret Security Clearance.

The Senior Database Engineer/Specialist will serve as a critical liaison between internal and external stakeholders and technical teams. This individual will lead requirements gathering sessions, perform in-depth data analysis, design and build rapid prototypes and interactive dashboards, and manage relationships with stakeholders across the organization. The ideal candidate is equal parts analytical thinker, communicator, and builder — someone who can uncover the "why" behind a business problem and deliver a data-driven "how."
