Compensation Range: $21/hr - $24/hr commensurate with experience
Benefits: We have three comprehensive healthcare plans to choose from based on your priorities and budget. Housing Works covers most of the plan; you pay a portion, based on your salary. Staff begins accruing PTO immediately for a total of up to 30 days earned in the first year. We offer employees an educational benefit. This money is available for tuition loan reimbursement, tuition costs, and text books.
Overview:
An IT Coordinator must be knowledgeable in software, hardware, and networking. They must be critical thinkers and problem-solvers with great attention to detail. Since end user support and teamwork are important aspects of the role, excellent communication and people skills are required.
Responsibilities:
Actively participates in the daily operational activities that impact important components/processes of the IT work function,
Acts as a liaison between Housing Works, Synoptek/BCMone (the outsourced IT companies) and other vendors regarding technology and infrastructure with weekly/monthly meetings.
Assist and support team members in completing IT projects including but not limited to:
Coordinating and scheduling execution of projects
Reviewing, assessing, and evaluating the execution of projects regularly
Troubleshooting and resolving complex issues arising in projects
Responsible for maintaining IT compliance and conducting audits.
Responsible for the support of our cell phone management, Office Phones, Desktops, general IT equipment and inventory systems.
Responsible for maintaining compliance and audits, which include e-waste inventory, secure print for the agency.
Supports and maintains server rooms and needs at all sites.
Responsible for technical documentation, assessing, resolving and/or escalating issues as appropriate.
Instituting protocols for the use of IT across departments and projects
Providing advice on the most suitable IT choices
Providing technical support or training for systems and networks
