The AI Operations Manager will design and optimize AI-driven workflows and customer support operations to improve efficiency across B2C products. The Inbound Sales Team Lead will manage and coach a team of sales representatives to scale the go-to-market engine and drive business growth.
Candidates should have 2-3+ years of experience in operations or sales management, with hands-on expertise in AI tools or CRM platforms. Strong analytical, communication, and stakeholder management skills are essential for success in these cross-functional roles.
We’re looking for a AI Operations Manager to help shape how our B2C organization operates by combining AI, operational excellence, and customer support transformation across a growing portfolio of consumer products.
Our B2C organization manages a growing portfolio of browser extensions and applications, supported by multiple Product, R&D, Legal, and business teams. As we continue to scale, we need someone who can own the operational layer across teams, improve execution, and leverage AI to build smarter, more scalable ways of working.
This role combines operational ownership, AI innovation, and customer support operations. You'll partner closely with Product, R&D, Legal, and B2C leadership to improve operational efficiency, automate manual processes, and drive execution across multiple products.
You'll have end-to-end ownership of operational initiatives that improve customer experience, accelerate internal execution, and help our teams scale more effectively.
The B2C Operations team sits at the center of our consumer business, partnering closely with Product, R&D, Customer Support, Legal, and leadership to help dozens of B2C products scale efficiently.
By combining operations, AI, and automation, the team builds scalable processes, improves execution, and enables our product teams to move faster while delivering an outstanding customer experience.
