Drive end-to-end coordination and execution discipline across multiple workstreams to ensure the payments platform transformation runs as a joined-up system. Manage integrated plans, resolve cross-workstream dependencies, and provide high-quality reporting and decision support to the Programme Director.
Requires 7-12 years of experience in large-scale technology transformations, specifically within fintech or payments platforms. Must possess strong planning capabilities and the confidence to challenge senior stakeholders to drive delivery outcomes.
Role Purpose
This role is a senior execution integrator within the Programme Control Tower, responsible for driving end-to-end coordination, plan integrity, and execution discipline across multiple workstreams (Product, Platform, Migration, Country Readiness, Vendors).
The role ensures the programme runs as a joined-up system, not a set of disconnected initiatives with clear visibility, managed dependencies, and proactive intervention where delivery risk emerges.
This is not a passive reporting role. It requires someone who can challenge, structure, and drive delivery across senior stakeholders.
