They are responsible for maintaining portfolio oversight, removing barriers, and ensuring alignment with business objectives through effective governance and stakeholder engagement.
Candidates must have significant experience leading complex programs and managing project management professionals. A professional qualification such as APM, PMP, or PRINCE2 is required, along with strong commercial judgement and expertise in traditional and Agile delivery methodologies.

Role Summary
The Director, Program & Project Management will lead the successful delivery of STACK EMEA’s strategic project and programme portfolio, ensuring critical initiatives are delivered with pace, discipline and measurable business outcomes.
Leading a small, experienced project management team, you will work closely with senior leaders and cross-functional teams across STACK EMEA to provide direction, remove barriers and maintain focus on the priorities that matter most. You will bring strong delivery leadership, sound judgement and the confidence to intervene when projects are at risk, helping teams turn plans into results.
As a senior member of the PMO, you will also help strengthen project delivery practices across the business, ensuring STACK’s established governance and methodology support effective decision-making without creating unnecessary complexity.
Additionally, the EMEA VP, PMO, is taking an extended period of leave later in 2026 for 10 months, therefore this role will also provide day-to-day leadership for the wider PMO function, maintaining continuity, supporting the team, and sustaining delivery momentum across the PMO pillars.
