The Marketing Automation Executive will manage and optimize automated marketing campaigns, nurture streams, and personalization journeys across multiple brands. They will also drive conversion activities, implement testing plans, and provide performance reporting to internal stakeholders.
Candidates must have at least 12 months of hands-on experience with a marketing automation platform and 2+ years in technology marketing or operations. Proficiency in Excel and HTML is required, along with the legal right to work in the UK without sponsorship.

The Marketing Automation Executive will be at the forefront of creating, launching, and optimizing automated marketing campaigns. From email nurturing to omnichannel personalization, your role will ensure top-notch content and campaign performance. With the opportunity to work on the HubSpot platform, this is your chance to make a real impact on global marketing initiatives. Your Role About You You are a detail-oriented, data-driven marketing professional with at least 12 months of hands-on experience with a fully integrated Marketing Automation platform (HubSpot preferred), 2+ years in technology marketing, marketing operations, or a similar role, and a strong understanding of lead generation, SEO/SEM, web, social media, and omnichannel activities. You possess excellent technical skills, including proficiency in Excel and HTML, and are highly analytical with a focus on optimizing campaign performance. Fluent in English, you bring a creative and commercial mindset, and experience with high-end/luxury goods or services and CRM systems (especially Salesforce) is a bonus. Why Join Us?
