The Programme Lead is responsible for managing a team and overseeing day-to-day activities for childcare programmes. This includes interacting with children, families, and staff to provide engaging and structured care.
Candidates must have a Fetac Level 5 childcare qualification or equivalent and at least one to two years of experience with school-aged children. A valid driver's license, own car, and Garda vetting are essential requirements.

Job Description
Programme Lead must have experience in managing and leading a team
Own car required for programme lead
Maintain the day-to-day activities
Interacting with the children, their families and other staff members each day.
Lots of energy and enthusiasm to work with children.
Experience working with school aged children is preferred (Minimum 2 year)
Proficiency in technology and software (Word, Outlook, Teams, etc.).
Experience working with School Aged children (Minimum 1 Year)
Childcare qualification Fetac Level 5 of equivalent
Basic knowledge of child development
Proficiency in English, both verbal and written
Garda vetting is essential (completed by us after interview stage).
Work Permit/ VISA essential
At least 2 written references checks are required before starting
