We are a venture-backed scale-up company, having raised over $96M from investors in Europe and the United States. Our technology — rooted in 18 years of research at the Swiss Center for Electronics and Microtechnology (CSEM) — is the world's only medically accurate, continuous blood pressure monitor that is cuffless in daily life in the consumer space. Validated through extensive clinical trials and CE Marked as a Class IIa medical device, our solution is now available in 12 countries. In July, we launched in the US — a major step in bringing Hilo's technology to the millions of Americans living with high blood pressure.

Role OverviewAs US Country Manager, you are Hilo's first local commercial leader in the US - at the moment traction needs to be scaled. You act as the primary on-the-ground representative of Hilo in the US, owning execution across consumer, partnerships, and ecosystem engagement, while shaping how the brand is perceived locally.
The role spans both B2B and B2C. Early B2C traction is in hand; your mandate is to scale it while building a structured B2B pipeline. This is a senior, hands-on role - you own the evolution of Hilo's go-to-market approach in the US, and you bring local market insight and customer feedback directly into how that strategy develops.
Location: US-based, preferably East Coast, must be authorised to work in the United States, with regular travel to events, KOL meetings, and partner conversations. The role requires minimum half-day working hours to overlap with our CET-based team, and travel to team and business events quarterly (or as-needed).

Compensation & BenefitsThe base salary range for this role is 165,000–180,000 USD, depending on experience and location, plus a comprehensive benefits package including health, dental, vision, and paid time off.
